KDC through its wholly-owned division, RARE, offers its clients
a unique opportunity to purchase or in the future, re-market natural
colour quality diamonds and luxury jewellery creations.
RARE also provides a multitude of re-marketing strategies, dubbed STRATAGEM to assist those of our clients who are interested in re-selling same.
RARE acting as a broker / agent / consignee shall work on a best-efforts basis to re-market the client’s property at the most advantageous price, pre-determined prior to sale by the client in consultation with KDC / RARE.
The RARE STRATAGEM includes the following:
• Access to internationally acclaimed auction houses throughout the world specializing in the sale of luxury jewellery creations (with or without reserve bid).
• Access to KDC’s network of international clients, dealers and
prospective buyers.
• Print media advertising in North America, Europe and Asia.
• Web-based marketing – www.kimberlitediamond.com
• Upcoming showroom facilities (by appointment only) targeting high net-worth individuals staffed by knowledgeable, well trained and professional jewellery consultants.
• RARE’s retail store locations (to be announced in due course) displaying the client’s property to be re-marketed.
• Safe keeping and insurance at nominal cost during the re-marketing campaign while diamonds and / or jewellery are in our possession.
For the purposes of re-marketing RARE charges a commission rate equal to five percent (5%) of the total agreed sale price.
